• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and notify us of unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the portal.

4. Orders and Pricing

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Confirmation is sent after successful payment.
• Manufacturing is based solely on specifications you provide; ensure accuracy of all inputs.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before order processing begins.
• Payments are processed via HDFC Bank; all transactions are encrypted.
• Payment confirmation is subject to bank approval.

6. Intellectual Property

• All site content is protected by copyright and related laws.
• You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
• Your custom PCB designs remain your intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Manufacturing and Quality

• PCBs are manufactured per the specifications you submit.
• Minor variations in color or finish may occur.
• Quality checks are performed before dispatch.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modifications
