Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before manufacturing: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without charges. Email cancellation requests to sales@sbelectronics.co.in. Full refund processed in 7–10 business days.
• After manufacturing begins: Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. You will be notified when manufacturing begins. No refund is available after that point.
• Custom orders: Custom PCB orders made to your specifications are non-cancellable once confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible cases: manufacturing defects, quality issues, incorrect specifications due to our error, or shipping damage.
• Process: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos; return items in original condition if requested. Our quality team will verify claims. Approved refunds are processed in 10–15 business days.
• Non-refundable: errors in customer-provided files/specifications, normal cosmetic variations, items used/modified/damaged by the customer, cancellations after manufacturing starts, or change-of-mind cancellations.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Original items must be returned when requested; replacement shipping is arranged at no additional cost.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered when only part of a bulk order is defective or when minor verified issues do not affect functionality.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your bank.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the issue is due to our error or confirmed defects. Return shipping for defective products is arranged and paid by us.

7. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

• Email sales@sbelectronics.co.in with order number, reason, and supporting photos/videos.
• Response time: 24–48 hours.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues amicably. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
